And FYI- half of the patients supplements came from protocols touted by Mark Hyman (Cleveland Clinic) David Sinclair (@Harvard) & Andrew Huberman (@StanfordMed). So no, academia is not the pillar of evidence based medicine, patients are sadly left to sort out fact vs fiction.
