Rob Ford We published this piece after seeing some odd MRP predictions for the East of England region where Cambs is seeing a LibDem surge and Suffolk Greens are in the ascendancy (now run 1 council and biggest party in another).

And so the political buck passing starts. It wasn't us it was them.

On the evening of 8th Nov 2021 Laura Farris MP
voted in favour of and supported govt's idiotic, failed sewage plan.

They had their chance and they blew it. The time to repent is coming soon enough.

Guys, the official line is that the ID thing is not actually voter suppression. Kind of giving the game away here, letting the side down.

If you're pro-EU, then do give Jacob a follow. An expert in EU law, he has a particular interest in Brexit and writes great threads giving insights and analysis on the latest EU news from there and here. His 'here' reports often come with a touch of snark. :)

Good old Anglian Water as East Anglia Bylines rightly asks and identifies, where's the money gone?

'Privatised debt-free, but its debt now runs to £6.6bn. The company has recently increased water bills by 12%,' and since 2012 has paid £4.769bn in dividends to shareholders. 🀬

I don’t understand what has to be fixed. For 28 years he’s been on TV saying life begins at conception and abortion is murder. Now that a state makes that law it suddenly has to be changed? What happened to those passionate beliefs and moralizing?

This is terrifying.

Not the headline... I'm familiar with the science. No, what's terrifying is how far I had to dig through my news notifications to find this story.

What's terrifying is that this headline is not on every social media platform.

BIG potential blow to GB News.

One of its major bankrollers, Paul Marshall, is set to quit its board. Redundancies are also planned.

It's worth bearing in mind that for routine operations, the private sector isn't always the answer. Many 'lack intensive care beds or appropriate nursing staff to address complications'. One of our team found this out to her cost in 2022.

🚨🚨 Dear Jacob Rees-Mogg this 'unnecessary act of self-harm' is exactly what you as a leading Brexiter propagated for & voted for. These checks is an inescapable implication of the hard advanced & negotiated by you & your chums (Johnson and Frost). Own it up. πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

I've always suspected something like this goes on - it's clear that 'client journalism' is a thing - but it's still mad to see it written down.

How to tell when your water regulator is manipulative and deceitful?

When they try to present a negative, one that reflects just as pathetically on them as the industry they regulate, as a positive.

Ofwat 31% of people think WCs provide a good service. Meaning 69% don't. 🀬

🚨Were you aware of the new rules?

5 million Brits are unaware of the new law. Almost 2 million of those are in knife-edge seats - which could be the difference between a narrow win and defeat for top Tories.
