30 years after I passed the #UPSC exam, it is deeply fulfilling to see the successful candidates - soon to be 2024 batch officers -celebrated in so many parts of the country.. magical to witness how much the civil service continues to inspire..we must be doing something right🇮🇳

I have spent a decade in multilateral diplomacy - Commonwealth, UN, BRICS, Arms control . This is my well thumbed &annotated copy of what I thinks is the best book I have read on multilateralism. Read it first as an expert and reread it as Ambassador. Improves with age.
