Simple math: more #naloxone =fewer #overdose deaths. We piloted the SAIA #implementation strategy in SSPs and found it to be a promising approach for improving naloxone distribution (t.ly/ZanX)! Published in Health Services Research at BMC with Alex Kral Barrot Lambdin (he/him) RTI Health IT.

🧵California Harm Reduction Initiative ( #CHRI ) has funded 37 syringe services programs (SSPs) the last 2.5 years. At $15.2M over 3 years, CHRI is the largest harm reduction state investment CA has seen. Here's the positive impact programs & people who use drugs have seen so far:
