When #txlege gavels in on Monday, we’ll find out just how much Rs care about Texas children being slaughtered with guns vs. how much they care about a potential primary in ‘24.

Pretty sure we know which is more important to them, but I’d love to be proven wrong.

Yesterday the Texas House passed a bill to put armed officers at every school in the state—but Rep. Tony Tinderholt inserted an amendment to allow contracts with private security, instead of police.

Turns out Tinderholt is senior partner at a private security company.

If we want to protect our future from Republicans, we must get more Democratic women in office at the state level.

Our rights depend on it.
