.Vitality UK

You increased my health insurance premium by 33% this year (including a 16% ‘base rate increase’).

Now you won’t let me see the same consultant you paid for me to see a few months ago, because his fees have gone up.

How is that fair & reasonable?

Big weekend.

Flying to Oslo tonight.

1st anniversary of my husband’s death on Monday.

I will be with his closest friends.
We will be supporting each other.

I had the great pleasure of meeting T/Commander Karen Findlay recently. We talked for an hour about her experiences, good and bad.

Karen is an exceptional leader & a totally dedicated public servant. Her promotion to ACC British Transport Police is everything to do with her knowledge and experience.

Always good to catch up with those who made a difference in your life. If not for the support of this incredible man that pride speech would not of taken place. Thank you Brian, good to see you today. Brian Paddick

Where am I now?

My mother used to ask me whether it was “a sharp pain or a dull ache”. My grief has changed from acute to chronic.

I am still in the wilderness, struggling to find a path to the future, my previous mapped route having ended in a cul-de-sac.

I need to love.

Very impressed by everyone I met at London Ambulance Service HQ Waterloo today. Thanks Andy Trotter for arranging.

Work on London Ambulance’s values and behaviours - caring, respect & teamwork - particularly encouraging.

Thanks Daniel Elkeles & your people for your time today.

100%, but arresting people at the time, in the middle of a 300,000 march, or trying to prevent people from marching, can potentially lead to significant public disorder & injuries on all sides.
