Our results show record improvements to the working lives of staff over the past year, including more support for career development and a greater sense of teamwork.

Really good visit to Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals 💙 Tunbridge Wells hospital to see their partnership with South East Coast Ambulance in action. Impressed with their ED, very well thought through patient flow plus great staff resulting in high patient satisfaction and excellent performance.
Visited London Ambulance Service control centre EOC Newham today, good discussions with staff on a range of issues, very professional people carrying out a challenging job with kindness and compassion.
