Atlanta is home to speakers of at least 146 distinct languages and is increasingly becoming a multilingual city, with 18% of residents speaking a language other than English at home!
Since Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed anti-immigrant SB1718 into law, the mass exodus of immigrants from the state has exacerbated an already severe labor shortage. Florida Policy Institute estimates it could cost the state over $12.6 billion in its first year.

For #LanguageAccessMonth join us in celebrating Seattle Office of Immigrant and Refugee Affairs in Seattle. Their team breaks barriers by partnering with community translators to translate public info into 16 languages, increasing access for all. They saw a 24% surge in translation submissions over the last year!
