.Bipartisan Policy Center continues to knock it out of the park with the panel line-ups for #ElectionsSummit22 ! Onward we go into the realm of legislation & reform.

Putting aside the misguided expectations the petitioners hold, a recount is the best audit available. The ballots marked by voters will be hand-counted. The results will track the election night returns. Theses ballots reflect the will of the voters.

The Detroit City Clerk's Central Count Center where Absent Voter Counting Boards processed and tabulated and balanced over 80,000 ballots was an unqualified success!

Key provisions if Prop 2 passes: 9 days of in-person early voting lets people scan regular ballot into tabulator on site - additional option beyond absentee voting. And absentee voters will get ballot automatically every election instead of having to submit application each time.
