Defenders have been fighting for fair and equitable compensation for many months. Raises were supposed to go into effect 7/1 with our new fiscal year, but our bosses never put our pay letters in the mail. We don't know what we're earning!

Over a week into the new fiscal year when the new pay we have been fighting for was to go into effect, Colorado Public Defenders still don't know how much we are earning! Our bosses know. They have the pay scale. They just won't share it with us. #ShowUsTheMoney

Boulder County employees, do not be afraid to organize/sign cards! Boulder County admins have given us written guarantees that they will remain NEUTRAL during the organizing process.

If you get approached by an organizer, rest assured that your job is safe.
