Earlier this year, we teamed up with Low Carbon Oxford North to invite 12 drivers in Oxford to go three weeks without using their car and they loved it!

23 bikes were repaired yesterday by the Cyclox team outside #RoseHill Community Centre!
Local families registered to get their bikes repaired for free & some children from our JYC sessions also got their bikes fixed! A great partnership event! 🚲🔧

For Cyclox, Danny Yee said “Something has clearly gone wrong with the cycling infrastructure in this proposal: it’s not direct, not coherent and not accessible.”
Robin Tucker for Coalition for Healthy Streets and Active Travel agreed: “This scheme should be a lot better. We can’t support a flawed scheme.”

Oxfordshire County Council’s Cabinet has signed off a £4m programme of works to move closer to ‘Vision Zero’, eliminating deaths and serious injuries on the county’s roads. £1.6m will be spent on the junctions with the worst incident records, which could include the Plain in Oxford.
