I was reminded of David Hik 🇺🇦 Mountains 101 & past Alpine Club of Canada | Club alpin du Canada GMCs when we saw examples of pika 'haystacks' at Pika Point Rise east of this year's GMC camp. Haystacks are piles of food (in this case paintbrush stems) stacked and set out to dry for the pika's winter larder.
