A couple of us helped an older resident clear his front yard and hedge of litter a while ago. Because of his house being on a busy route to/from the shops, it had become a regular problem. We requested a new litter bin which has now been installed. Hope it helps 👍

Great to see the fencing in Erskine Road has been fixed 👍Thanks to the resident who raised it with me and to the team who’ve done the work.

On a recent visit to the Farplace Animal Rescue shop I noticed that the pavement had become unsafe. Following my report, the council have been in touch with the site owners and it’s great to see that it’s now being made safe 👍

Cllr David Francis It can only come if we treat working class street art AKA graffiti w/ the same respect. The only difference between street art and graffiti is a middle class perception. Many of the ward councillors round here treat it as vandalism instead of embracing and encouraging the artform

The Green Party has repeated its call for a full bilateral ceasefire, the release of all hostages, the suspension of arms exports to Israel, and for the Netanyahu government to be held accountable for possible war crimes, six months on from the 7 October attacks by Hamas.
