One of my fav talks from today’s #ECCO2024 was Chris Lamb tandem talk on fatigue. Great patient perspective on a difficult Sx to manage. What I took away:
👄ask about fatigue
🏃🏽‍♀️promote physical wellbeing even if just 1walk/day
🍎promote good healthy diet
👂🏽let them feel heard
