B. pertussis cases fall for 2nd week in a row in England and Wales. Grossly under-diagnosed still, in my humble opinion. I am emailed countless tales of denial by doctors. eg 'You have been immunised so you can't possibly have it.' Almost all victims are immunised! #pertussis

This is what it should be like - and typically is for most - but when system is swamped even just 5% struggling to access it means over a million people a month in England alone will be disgruntled /think the system is useless / needs an overhaul. And, for them, it might well be.

They are ambulatory - so definitely not the patients who are enduring long trolley waits for admission to hospital.

Swallows arrived yesterday - 10 days earlier than last year - and went straight to check out their old nests in a disused stable.

It is a good rule. Every year you don’t claim it the pension is increased by 5.8%. So if you don’t need it you should probably defer for a few years - not too long - especially if you pay a higher rate of tax now than you will then.
