I was impressed by the beautiful art pieces at the ‘Art of ‘Mind’ exhibition & the good work Maldives Autism Association is doing to support the development of children with autism. They are giving meaning to the vision of “leave no child behind” & giving hope to these children.

During his visit, Dr. Addai discussed collaboration opportunities with the association’s team, exploring their impactful work & services.

Meet the Climate Guardians Shaihan and Misha!

In Maldives, UNICEF is working with 130 young activists – and providing them with skills and support – to act as the islands’ climate guardians and contribute to the fight against climate change.

During a courtesy visit, UNICEF Rep to 🇲🇻 Edward Addai engaged in discussions with the Minister Abdulla Rafiu, outlining initiatives to bolster the nation's nutrition, physical health, & fitness, working towards a healthier future for all citizens.
