We are currently attending the Youth symposium on Agroecology. Young farmers are meeting to discuss the use of agroecology in the attainment of food sovereignty. There is an urgent need to adopt the thirteen principles of agroecology to create sustainable food systems.

We are part of the deliberations on the Mutapa Investment Fund. The policy note is being convened by Accountability Lab Zimbabwe with an aim to improve accountability and democratizing the fund. The Mutapa Investment Fund was amended and rebranded from the Sovereign Wealth Fund.

Traditional grains such as sorghum and millet are naturally bio-fortified. They are high in nutrition, in addition to requiring low external resources for their production. Let's prioritize their cultivation as per the appropriate agro-ecological matching.
