Deeply personal & touching story from Guy Russo ๐ถ our local candidate for the London Assembly in opening remarks at Haringey Welcome Hustings last night. Liberal Democrats will always highlight the positives of migration and seek to foster welcoming communities. #VoteLibDem
Today I cast my vote for Rob Blackie ๐ถ , the London Liberal Democrats team (and for this guy called Fraser in the Havering & Redbridge constituency who I hear is alright??)
If you want to fix The Met, build more homes and get transport working again, please join me! ๐ถ
It was great to address London's #HousingCrisis & homelessness at Haringey Welcome's Hustings last night.
If elected, I'll fight every day to help families in need get the housing they deserve - starting with calling on #MayorofLondon to establish a London-wide housingโฆ
For a party that is in favour of legalising weed, I didn't expect the Liberal Democrats to be voting in favour of the smoking ban tonight. Have we forgotten the Liberal part of our party's name?
The new smoking ban is a stupid idea. Itโs unenforceable, wonโt actually work, and itโs completely illiberal on top of that. Adults should be able to make their own decisions!
Really disappointing to see many Liberal Democrats MPs voting for this nonsense
Londoners are facing a dramatic housing crisis. When Sadiq Khan boasts of his record on housing, people must think he is deluded.
We need to build dramatically more homes.
Today I visited Sutton Lib Dems who have developed their own housing - we can do this across London.
Great day out in Fairlop today with the Redbridge Liberal Democrats team ๐ถ๐ถ
A vote for Lib Dems on May the 2nd is a vote to fix The Met, clean up the Thames and support our EU citizens!
๐ก Building strategically on low-quality areas of the 'green' belt could unlock hundreds of thousands of houses close to transport hubs.
Great to see BusinessLDN have recommended this in their manifesto for the next Mayor of London.

Our fantastic Mayoral Candidate Rob Blackie ๐ถ has just formally launched his campaign!
Supported by Hina Bokhari AM ๐ถ , Caroline Pidgeon AM๐ถ ๐บ๐ฆ and so many more great #LibDems across #London - Rob is running a strong campaign to #FixTheMet
This intervention by Radek Sikorski ๐ต๐ฑ in the ๐บ๐ณ Security Council today will be a classic. Not much left of ๐ท๐บ after that.
