Overwork lose-lose: Study (N=230) finds when a woman does the same amt & quality of work in 40 hrs as a man does in 60 hrs, the man receives greater rewards. And if the women works 60 hrs, the 60-hr men are more 8% more likely to receive overwork rewards.
