After a week away at #ARVO2024 it was great to get out and run this morning. Glorious weather (and so different from the snowy half marathon 3 weeks ago!). Loved seeing the white peacock and lots of lambs along the way.

A great paper with much to reflect on for those of us who are involved in patient safety incident investigations. A restorative approach can be so powerful.

Reflecting on a great week at #ARVO2024 I enjoyed catching up with colleagues, getting updates on clinical trials but best were the poster sessions. So many conferences have moved to electronic posters but at ARVO the value comes in meeting people and discussing their work.

14km in 13degrees and sun just poking through the clouds - my perfect running weather. Love the kissing gate sign - my sister always stops to kiss her partner and has an elderly couple near her who were delighted to find they weren’t the only ones doing this.
