This new Florida law makes it a crime for an officer to have a panic attack if he thinks there's fentanyl near you. Its threshold is literally that an officer receives medical care for symptoms related panicking about fentanyl; no proof of exposure needed.

At the start of House1000, we advocated for other outcomes (not just getting ppl indoors). This included hospitalizations, deaths, overdoses, crime. We said that data and data monitoring were going to be key. I'm not surprised here at all. Disappointed, but not surprised.
