The last time the Maricopa County BOS appointed a Sheriff was in 1946. Today, we proudly appointed a 33-year veteran of Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, whose dad also served Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. Congratulations Sheriff Russ Skinner.
