So my employer has moved from 40 hr work week to 37 hr work week. But I'm not sure if some staff realise that they'll get less holiday allowance. And, of course, the university will probably expect the same amount of work to be completed.

You can't fool me: 75ml X 2 = 150ml, so that is £2.67/ml vs £3.20/ml. So cheaper to buy two of the smaller ones rather than the XL, which seems weird.
