Media is trumpeting this as a 'victory' for the Voting Rights Act. And it is. And I don't want to be a turd in the punchbowl... but this is pretty weak sauce from this Court.

I suspect millions of people will have similar Kafka-esque tales if work requirements are instituted for public benefits and millions of children and people too disable to work will need to continually prove that they are children or too disabled to work and therefore exempted.
