The kids who are directly impacted by #SB150 can’t vote yet.

They can’t run for office yet.

It is our responsibility as adults to vote & run for office with those kids in mind, because this Commonwealth belongs to them too.

It belongs to all of us.

SB150 was passed in violation of the Equal Protection Clause, and Due Process Clause, and it impedes access to LIFE-SAVING medical resources. I am disappointed but not surprised by the misuse of TAXPAYER FUNDS to knowingly force this unconstitutional “Law” through #TransRights

Sen. Karen Berg filed Senate Bill 168 during the 2023 Regular Session, which would have required the destruction of confiscated firearms.

However, the bill was never given a committee hearing #kyga23

It is time to address common sense gun legislation. KY requires all guns confiscated in the state to be resold on the open market. Will not even discuss red flag laws in the legislature. No office of gun safety. Thoughts and prayers are not enough! It is past time for action.

This showed up in my feed. It’s about my son. He would be both beyond incensed and very sad about what happened today in TN. I would have received at least 3 or 4 calls from him as the day progressed. It is so hard to watch this hate growing.

The incredulousness in his voice tells the story. Absolute craziness is coming out of our state houses. People need to be paying attention before this stuff is actually passing!!!

Republicans suspended all debate on final passage of the anti-trans bill before a single speech. We had only two minutes to explain ourselves AFTER voting. As I spoke, protestors in the room were being arrested.
