LIT7s has announced the LIT7s London 7s on the 25th of May 2024 which will feature women’s & men’s teams.

Some of the teams and coaches as well as the tournament director were all recent participants in the HK7s week.

Uganda 7s will be competing at the LIT7s London 7s on 25 May. Uganda has competed in the Commonwealth Games since 2006, participated in the HSBC 7s Series and played in the Rugby World Cup 7s in 2018 and 2022. They have recently won gold at the Africa Games in Ghana. #lit7s
