Macc Active Traveller Council allows it. It made a specific exemption from London-wide pavement parking ban for this street. And also claims it can't fine people who park extending out from driveways overhanging pavement.
Macc Active Traveller No diversion? Went for a walk the other week and the path was closed due to sheep and cattle doing spring things. But they had set up a diverted route along another field given the alternative would have been a 60mph windy road 👍🏻 with a 4 mile diversion

Only asking bc usually when they close a footpath round my way there's a laminated notice from the council including a map showing the closed section & suggested diversions, zip tied to the footpath sign. The sign in the pic looks a bit fishy...
