That's where we have issues.
Hopefully this time round NTSA KENYA will be able to bring stakeholders on board and also implement the plan.
However, we are still hopeful that we shall have a new DG to implement it. Otherwise...

We agree on this.
For the first time KIPCHUMBA MURKOMEN, E.G.H talked a bit about drivers welfare however much he didn't emphasize on it.
This one if dealt with, we shall come to 50% reduction.

It's so ironical. The president said watu wawache kujitafutia umaarufu na wafanye kazi na stakeholders.
It's clear that KIPCHUMBA MURKOMEN, E.G.H is fighting a loosing battle without involving key stakeholders being misadvised by the DG NTSA.

Long Distance Drivers and Conductors Association I concur. The road blocks will become collection stations. High fines are not a deterrent, they are an incentive to bribes. Fines should not be seen as a source revenue for GoK.

Simply make the fines manageable and instant. Compliance will follow.
