I have deep respect for these youth Chrysalis Academy who just returned from 10 days in the wilderness. They fasted for 4 days & 4 nights, with water only. The journey was deep, oftentimes painful, but the joy is clear to see. A inner journey worth doing!

Healing is an ongoing process, not just for youth but for adults who support them. We all need healing!
