So much sense and truth in ‘Matrescence’ by Lucy Jones - reading this book is making me feel seen but also incredibly angry at the shape of modern motherhood

I just finished this book. It’s particularly resonated with me, 3 months after birthing a child, but I’d recommend it to anyone with an interest in the complexities of motherhood and the ways we fail to respect them (which should be everyone).
