We need to value and invest in our practice teams. Our practice managers and admin teams are crucial to an effective better general practice👏

GPs are the way most of us access healthcare when we are sick. We need them to be open and accessible in our communities. It’s clear there needs to be a fundamental review of the funding of general practice in NI.
