He presses Trump’s lawyers on what he’s supposed to do. The government provided “prima facie evidence” of classification, ie, the markings.

“As far as I’m concerned, that’s the end of it.”

Getting less attention than the declassification defense argument, but very interesting: seems we can expect briefing on whether a prospective Rule 41(g) motion should be heard by Judge Reinhart (the MJ who signed the warrant) rather than Judge Cannon.
