If I want to leave the presidential nominee line blank this NY primary, do I still vote for DNC delegates even if they’re listed for a presidential nominee? In NY the nominee and the delegates are different lines on the ballot.

most of the “liberals have politicized X” critique could be reread as “I would politicize X differently”

These shifts can & should have more of an impact on commercial real estate, urban design & urban planning. For decades these folks including CRE lenders & investors have fixated on larger floor plates for big box stores or “credit tenants” they’re now struggling to fill.
