🌳 We had a great time at Laxenburg Schlosspark together with our partners IIASA! We teamed up to measure forest plots with tape measure and TLS and even got to test our new mobile laser scanning processing scheme. We couldn't resist walking by the famous castle.

Spring is prime time for laser scanning! 🌱 Before the leaves unfurl, we're supporting our colleagues from BOKU University in Upper Austria. We are on the hunt for ash trees resilient against dangerous fungi threatening ash tree populations. 🌳

Last week, Christoph, Katharina and Timon ventured into the forest for their Bachelor and Master Theses. Equipped with tape measures, water levels, meter sticks, (smartphone) cameras, and a laser scanner, we embarked on a comprehensive forest measurement expedition 🌳📷📏
