“I’d put my money on Trump just off the top of his head issuing an endorsement for Nigel Farage.'

Overlap of the UK and US elections would be 'a bad idea', says Peter Mandelson.

Incredible candour from Chris Stark as he steps down - not just on Sunak, but also on impact of some recent climate protests & need for realism over upfront costs & gradual nature of transition - worth watching in full

Today's suggestion by the Prime Minister that people with mental health problems may, in future, have less entitlement to essential benefit payments than people with physical health problems, would be a worrying step backwards.

After the Tories tweet an advert on the UK’s soft power champions without a single woman on it, Labour tweet this. Maybe both party’s digital teams might want to pause and reflect on the messages they’re sending about half of the electorate.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. If you're not listening to the 'How to win an election' podcast you're not truly interested in electoral politics. Such a must listen every Tuesday. The Matt Chorley, Polly Mackenzie, Daniel Finkelstein, Prince of Darkness combo is divine.

What I find maddening about the crutch of 'we should be *affordable* homes' is that the reason a special category of subsidised homes are required is because... there's not enough homes, which pushes house prices up!

The UK Government is considering giving more power to state-funded faith schools, proposing to increase legal discrimination based on religion...

We think this is just plain wrong. Agree?
