In somewhat of a surprising move Thursday, the Steelers declined the fifth-year option on Najee Harris' rookie contract, first reported by Gerry Dulac.

Harris will become an unrestricted free agent after next season.

ILB Payton Wilson is the pick at No. 98 for the Steelers. He is a freak athlete with a long injury history. His final two years at NC State he was injury-free and produced some big-time numbers for the Wolfpack.

Wilson has a chip on his shoulder. He said he believes he's a top 10 receiver in this class.
