A week of mixed weather but great to get out and bag some #NHS1000miles

Highlight of the week was running with Shiv and Shelley East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

Big shout out to Jasmin Paris for the #BarkleyMarathons race - amazing 100 mile run and first female finisher 😀

Enjoyed biking to GreatCornard parkrun but felt a bit strange running in bike gear, love the ☀️
