Biden makes clear there’s really now no alternative to scrapping federal student loans.

At this point, huge chunks of taxpayer “lending” won’t be repaid. The funds will instead subsidize grifters & bloated college bureaucracies.

Let’s put a stop to this. forbes.com/sites/frederic…

Set aside the whole age/infirmity thing as well as Trump’s manifold failings.

On the merits, I find it extraordinarily difficult to take seriously those who suggest that a vote for Biden in 2024 is a vote for civility, the constitutional order, or moderation.

After the meeting, I spoke to a senior White House aide.

Her eloquence haunts me still.

“I cry each and every night,” she said, “for the precious souls pressed into capitalist servitude as journalists, attorneys, and DEI trainers, their sacred selves disfigured by debt.”

Today, I’m often asked how I poured new dollars into higher ed, boosted President Biden with his base, taught Americans to view student loans as a cash grab, & did it all without worrying about Congress or the law.

My answer? “That was my job.”

And it was the job of a lifetime.

“Education research is highly ideologically driven. If DEI has affected more established & rigorous sciences, which it has, then what can we expect from a far weaker scientific field such as ours?”

It’s almost as if Maddow doesn’t know that all these billions are owed to the U.S. Treasury & not to banks . . . as if she doesn’t know that Democrats cut the banks out during the Obama years in order to “protect borrowers.”

Unless, of course, she’s just purposefully lying.
