Harriet Vogt Say one’s Framingham risk score is 7%, that isn’t a simple yes/no risk of heart attack in next 10yrs. But rather 7 out of 100 people with these background risks will have a heart attack - not that it’s wrong 93/100x. The whole classification (incl PPV) issue doesn’t apply here
