'Charge your worth' is almost good advice but not quite. You need to also take into account market supply and demand. As well as what you bring to the table.

Photographers: always use a license agreement. Never sign over copyright. And btw I do mean always. When your friends off the wall project gets picked up by investors, that annoying contract you pestered them about just might mean that your images are used in production. 🧵
