Two of our group Ambassadors went to speak about all things 5k Your Way, Move Against Cancer MOVE AGAINST CANCER Charity with the SaTHLWBC bowel cancer support group today
Some good conversations, maybe some new recruits but more than that hopefully we have inspired people to move again after their treatment

Two of our group Ambassadors and a group member took part in the TCS London Marathon on Sunday 💙
They were all amazing and we are so proud of them! Hopefully they will still be smiling like this for our group meet up on Saturday Shrewsbury parkrun 😀💙

Some of our group members took part in the half mammothon event on Saturday, part of the #shropshireway80kfestival
They had a fun day navigating the mud!

Yesterday we were invited to a Lifestyle Medicine session for GP's. There were some fascinating presentations as well as a chance for us to engage with healthcare professionals. parkrun UK was also represented by our friends from Henley Wood parkrun, Oswestry 💙
