Could be a while before I’m given the green light from physio to be fully back to normal! Very basic exercises and stretches atm with possibility of up to 8 sessions if needed! 🤦‍♂️

Can not wait for physio today. Been waiting a while, hopefully can start doing some good work on my neck and shoulders! 🤞🤞
