Really enjoyed seeing Artemisia Gentileschi's self Portrait as Saint Catherine of Alexandria & Jesse Jones' Mirror Martyr Mirror Moon Ikon. Loved the theatrical drama of walking into the darkness, the way it has been lit, the movement & sound. Immersive & other worldly.

Composed this last year. Inspired by Kate Soper's chamber opera Ipsa Dixit, I set a portion of text by Aristotle in an electroacoustic form, hoping to show meldings and divisions between Artist and Inspiration. Vocals by my dear friend Anne Kjær and me.
