Given my interest in @ICSID --+ the importance of a historical context for modern interpretation--I'm thrilled my new article is hot off the presses Michigan Journal of International Law (also on SSRN - papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cf…). Wouldn't be possible without American University Washington College of Law students who did amazing work!

This panel was fantastic. So much fun to enjoy the razor sharp wit (and intellect) of my fellow panelists and consider the past, present, and future of ICSID -- although I spent more time talking about the historical context of ICSID !

And we were talking about the need to be inclusive and supportive of non-binary members of our community, where I responded to a direct question. Would you care to revise your comment Rob Howse ? Or just ignore the context?

Oh americanair you just lost a customer. My $2700 flight credit just evaporated thanks to and International Council For Commercial Arbitration having to postpone the amazing ICCA Edinburgh 2022 conference. Wish you would have not said on the website that the credit 'did not expire'.
