The Deepwater bigeye (pristigenys meyeri) is named pretty literally: they are deepest dwelling of the bigeyes. This individual was seen at #AshmoreReef during the #TwilightCoral expedition. #ROV #SuBastian Livestream later today - watch for more reef surveys!
