Today on BBC Derby I met Canal & River Trust volunteers who patrol Derbyshire. These towpath rangers regularly fill 90L bin bags with bottles, food wrappers and nitrous oxide canisters. They’re doing the #BigPlasticPickUp to stop the 14mill bits of plastic entering UK canals yearly
