One of the unforeseen benefits of using my bike for my birding this year has been finding numerous singing Firecrest locally. 14 singing birds so far this spring in different South Bucks locations, including a local garden centre! Bucks Bird News
Only able to dip in&out of the Big Bucks Bird Weekend I was delighted with a 1st for Watermead on my 2hr watch- the 2m GARGANEYS that stopped off for seconds in the pouring rain & cold wind. Best also seens: 4 SWIFT, YELLOW WAGTAIL, SEDGE WARBLER pair.
