The ECHR CEDH delivered decisions on 3 #ClimateCases brought by 🇨🇭KlimaSeniorinnen, 🇵🇹Youth4ClimateJustice, & 🇫🇷MP Damien CAREME 🌍.
This has the potential to influence all environmental & climate matters, including the right to a #HealthyEnvironmentForAll .🧵

Why these #ClimateCases are such a big deal? Today's rulings are expected to serve as a blueprint for future decisions regarding the obligations of 46 European States with regard to #ClimateAction .
