Current legislation means people living with HIV in the UK are banned from using fertility treatment

HIV medication is so effective that people on treatment cannot pass it on & have babies born without HIV

There is no medical reason for this law to exist

Always wanted to have my own child but when I was diagnosed with HIV and then testicular cancer - no one bothered to ask if I wanted to preserve a sample before the surgery and I think I was in too much of a shock to argue to why I was never asked ..
