Today we pass The Emergency Eviction & Foreclosure Prevention Act. This bill will put a stay on all evictions, foreclosures, and tax lien sales through May 1st, 2021 for all NYers who have financial hardship due to Covid-19. More must be done but this is start. #EvictionFreeNY
